improvement of the flow capacity of Nysa Kłodzka river along the section from the Nysa reservoir (rkm 65+100) to the Kubice area (rkm 55+100) including the existing structures; modernisation of the reservoir buildings and structures as well as construction of other essential reservoir facilities and structure.
